Reading the maroon bells information on aspen chamber of commerce website, it looks you can get a parking reservation after the shuttle is running provided you arrive before 8 am. The shuttles run every 15 minutes from aspen, from 8 a.m.
Parking Is $7/Hour With $40 Maximum For 24 Hours.
